2. Refund Policy
Once a course, subscription, or offline batch enrollment is purchased, no refund will be issued under any circumstance. This applies to both online and offline payments.
However, if you encounter any technical issue or payment error, our support team will investigate and assist you immediately.
3. Course Exchange Policy
Final Fight does not allow course exchanges or transfers. Once you are enrolled in a course or batch, it cannot be changed, transferred, or swapped for another. Each enrollment is tied to your individual account and cannot be shared.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Although refunds are not normally provided, in rare verified cases — such as duplicate payments or system errors — a refund may be approved. Please allow 7–10 business days for such transactions to be processed once verified and approved.
